I had to pay $30 to return 3 items. Then they refused 2 of my returns saying 1 item was missing that was never in the packet. Beware stay away from this company!

The shipping was very slow. Lingerie was not what the pictures showed. Sizing chart is WAYYYYY off. If ordering from this site, please keep in mind to pay for the cheapest shipping method as possible. We chose the 3-4 days and it was there in 3-4 weeks. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I would have liked to know that an order I placed on Wednesday would not have shipped until Monday and would have been sent the slowest way possible, meaning that it took 2 weeks for my purchase to arrive.

Took longer than it was supposed to arrive by almost 2 weeks. I had to call you. Was told then that the first one was defective and I would have to wait another couple of weeks. I ordered this over a month before I needed it for a lingere shower. Same day I talk to someone there, I got an email saying it had shipped that day. Wtf! When it arrived. The package only had a tail, ears, and bow tie . now where was the rest of the outfit???? I got so mad I threw your crap in trash. Went to Amazon - I found some very interesting... read more

My complete order was never sent. I got half of the order (with missing item), then the other half of the order arrived almost a month later (and still one item missing). They never responded to my claim. never ordering again!
