Paid for products that never recieved, shipped out UPS and transferred to USPS, Never received products, yet they both showed delivered. Contacted Spicey, they would not look into it. Giving me an understanding of, your problem. Will never recommend nor buy from them. Bad business!!
I am still waiting for an item, which was out of stock. I was never informed of this until I contacted the seller. They tell me that this item is not going to be available until September?? They should show in their website clearly when an item is not available and should contact the client to let them know
Was good, fast service... Only problem is, I had two orders of multiple items. Each order had one item that came with a snapped bra strap. I returned the two items with no problem, but they marked each entire order as returned and took away my reward points for everything. Not cool.
The customer service was horrible. They refused to hear my complaints and instead of attempting to help with an issue that was made on their end, they proceeded to ignore me. I tried to comtact them again but it was the same thing every time. I am completely disappointed with their service and the company as a whole. I recommend their products to a lot of my friends but I made sure to correct that mistake and let everyone know what kind of a company they really are.
Not good! I received a damaged order. I sent you an email. No response. I called and was told I waited to long to contact you. Sorry that I was out of town when the package arrived. I was then told to take pictures, down load it, send it .......blah blah blah. Its was your defective product, and I have to do the work? Life is too short for that BS. I will be looking for another company that stands behind their products. A shame, because I like your stuff and order often.

First, You didn’t include shipping fees until after I was charged on my card and it’s a good whole $20 cause I’m in Australia. All other all online shopping websites include shipping fees before the purchase was made. Second, similar to the shipping fees, I had no idea what the conversion rate was which I found out after I was charged. Third, the quality of the item received was HORRIBLE!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely aweful experience. Customer service sucked. Charged me even though I didn’t receive the items. Would do anything to help with the long drawn out process. It almost seemed like they got joy from stringing the process along. Horrible. Don’t go through this company!
We ordered products only to get part of our order as the rest was on back order. A month passed, we didn't hear anything so I contacted customer service and was told the order was cancelled as it can't remain open for more than 30 days due to PayPal terms. We were allegedly sent an email telling us this but I didn't see it, but as you harass people with marketing BS, it may have gotten lost in the shuffle.
