This company will scam you out of your money at every turn. Place an order that you wish to return? "Sorry, we don't offer refunds on that particular item... you can only have a store credit." What I ordered was sent in timely fashion...will order from u again
I ordered a lot of stuff for my anniversary trip. One item did not come and I got something I didnt even order and that was way to small. So if that was supposed to be a replacement, it still didnt work. The romper I didnt recieve was the piece I was most excited about. When I called customer service, I was told that the romper was on back order and it would when it comes back into stock. I never received it and that was over 2 months ago. Horrible experience the two times I've made purchases. The first took over 12 days to get to me even though I paid for express shipping. I made my second order on July 12. It is now August 1, and I have not received it.
Sizes are a little off but they will refund or exchange. They do not provide any return labels or pay for the return shipment. What you see is what you get. Quality is good.
I order some items for my girlfriends birthday and during the shipping process the items were lost. I tried contacting Spicy Lingerie but they were not helpful what so ever and actually were quite dismissive. Luckily I ordered through PayPal and their customer service was great. PayPal even commented on how Spicy Lingerie's response to them was also inadequate and not helpful. I haven't gone on spicy lingerie's website since then and have placed 6 orders from a competitor website.
Ordered 3 items for my wife and 1 came in the other 2 were backordered, finally another one came in the mail about 2 months later and still waiting for the last item there was no backorder listing at the time for either outfit or I would not of ordered any of it, but when they came in finally they are nice outfits and my wife loves them
Always great and sexy but filters don’t work well and wish I’d get points or discounts for as much and as often that I purchase?... Thx, Alex
