I paid for priority shipping. I called there wondering why I did not get product after a week went by of not receiving the product and she said its was not ready and that you only send it priority after you finally decide to get it ready for shipping. Why in the hell did I pay for 2 to 3 day delivery then if you don't get it ready for shipping right away. I will never buy anything from you again. I can order direct from China a get it quicker.
Everything was low quality.
After two months of waiting i still have not recieved the product. Two packages were sent to me and both got lost by post office. No help from the seller. No money returned either. I will not do business again with them and do not recomend it to anyone. Terrible experience.
Although I looked at the sizing chart and picked what I thought was going to be the correct size I had major problems. The top was way too big around (3 inches bigger than the sizing chart claimed it should be), the wrist bands fell off (again because they were multiple inches too large), and the skirt was so small that I could not even attempt to wear it. I got them fast but the crotchless holes are off. The sizes are not the ones I ordered so they are super tight and uncomfortable. I did not order one size. I either ordered queen plus or 1x 2x disappointed!!!
Paid for products that never recieved, shipped out UPS and transferred to USPS, Never received products, yet they both showed delivered. Contacted Spicey, they would not look into it. Giving me an understanding of, your problem. Will never recommend nor buy from them. Bad business!!
I am still waiting for an item, which was out of stock. I was never informed of this until I contacted the seller. They tell me that this item is not going to be available until September?? They should show in their website clearly when an item is not available and should contact the client to let them know
Was good, fast service... Only problem is, I had two orders of multiple items. Each order had one item that came with a snapped bra strap. I returned the two items with no problem, but they marked each entire order as returned and took away my reward points for everything. Not cool.
The customer service was horrible. They refused to hear my complaints and instead of attempting to help with an issue that was made on their end, they proceeded to ignore me. I tried to comtact them again but it was the same thing every time. I am completely disappointed with their service and the company as a whole. I recommend their products to a lot of my friends but I made sure to correct that mistake and let everyone know what kind of a company they really are.
