Horrible customer service and order processing.
Shipping is too long
The articles are nice but sizing is not good for me.
Really loved the variety of sexy lingerie that was on the site...very satisfied with my purchase...the only con was that when I ordered it, it was back ordered for about 2 weeks...
I have now had to file a claim against the company with BBB due to their dismal customer service and inability to handle customer disputes the correct way.
They only shipped me two of my three items which took more than 7 days. Then they put a shipping receipt in the package saying one of my items was now in back order and to wait up to 3 weeks before its in stock. They have nowhere on the item when you order it that states you wont be recieving it for weeks. With their shipping practices it would be 4 weeks. It was to small
My order didn't arrive in time and I paid for 2 day shipping but was told later on that it takes 4 business days to first process the order. Also I ordered a size up and the garment still didn't fit. I had to purchase the same garment some place else. I was very disappointed.
I don't like one size fits all. That's bullshit.
