Sent the wrong items with the first delivery but after contacting them they did send the correct item and they let me keep the item that had been sent in error.
Not only did it come super late, but I’m a big girl which is why I ordered from spicy. They had “3x-4x” which was the same fit as an XL from Victoria’s Secret. I was very disappointed and I will not be shopping here again.
Am sending item back. Still too small and you will receive it in a couple of days. Also rather weird which was my fault for ordering it in the first place.
As a man I buy sexy lingerie for my wife. One day I on fb, spicy lingerie showed up. At first I ignored it, then I saw a couple of sexy lingeries. I was imagining my wife in them. I bought the full crotchless full body stocking. I was very satisfied with the product. I will buy lingerie from spicy lingerie for now on and no where else.
I ordered according to the sizes posted on your website. Items were entirely too small and company refused to exchange my items or refund my money. The sizing was dishonest and I'm angry that the company would not do something about it.
It was horrible both times ordering I paid extra for shipping and it was a RIP off then the outfits come and since they're lingerie they cant be returned and they're sizing Is wayyyyyyyy off
If a company is out of a product that company should contact the buyer and offer them the chance to pick something else. Because maybe they need what they've ordered for a certain event and by not contacting and just refunding maybe this company screwed over myself. Then when I contacted to ask what happened and why wasn't I contacted the response of oh sorry you didn't get the email we never sent was just the icing on top. Why even keep products listed if you don't have them? Never shopping with this company again.
The communication and timing of receiving my order was unsatisfactory. I am still waiting on an item that was ordered two or more months ago. Instead of communicating that the order is on hold, I got the invoice stating that part of my order will be delivered at a later time. Another piece of my order was shipped and I was billed without prior notice. Awesome product just terrible service
Poor service in my opinion was told 2-4 weeks for a back order ended up waiting 2 months still never received part my order ended up canceling it won’t be spending anymore of my money with them
