when I received my order I was disappointed in the sizing of the items. When I tried to return the items (unused), the return shipping was $65 dollars and then I heard from the company that the item showed signs of wear (untrue) and they would not take it as a return. I then had to pay an additional charge to have it shipped back to me even though I did not want it and could it wear it... otherwise I would have lost the entire purchase price. Buyer beware!!!
The prices are awesome, and for most part the sizes ran true. Quality of products great. Only a little disappointed that one item was backordered/out stock but was not notified until receive order and never any follow up on if ever would receive.
Hard to order anything every time I did it was out of stock and no idea of if or when it would be in
first my order was late and before i got my order i tried to change the color and operate was very rude and did not want to help. i had to call few time to get any answer out of your employees
Never recorded profit or refund. 4 months ago was the order.
Items bought were a gift. No indication on site or receipt that some items were in back order and several more weeks out.
Some of the products were extremely cheap-looking from a quality perspective. Product arrived in 4 separate shipments which is unacceptable. Complete order fulfulillment took over a month. I won't do business here again.

The products are nice and the website works well. Getting those items from the warehouse into the mail takes longer then I would like. Also, I've ordered more then one item that ends up on back order or out of stock and I am not notified of that during the initial purchase.
