I placed an order and when I got my goods I realize that it's extremely small. I did not ask, but I got a gift accompanied with my purchase. I don't know what it was and even did not take it out of the package. I have to return my items, paid for the shipping, when I check the amount of my money on my credit card, unfortunately the some money were subtracted. This company is a joke. Do not order anything from them, they will not take returns, their sizing is way off and you can not get your money back.
Processing on orders and free shipping is extremely slow. Once processing is done shipping is as expected on express orders. It will take at least 3 Buisiness days to process. Then add shipping to that.
I can get things from China faster than I got my items within the state
I ordered several things (around 7 outfits) for my wife. I laid for expedited delivery 2-3 day and took a total of around 12 wks for everything to arrive. I also ordered several things a size or two larger then what she would normally wear and they still were extremely to small. I had ordered from this company a couple other times with the same results and thought I would give them one more chance. NEVER EILL I RECOMEND OR ORDER FROM SPICY AGAIN! Very bad experiences with them!
Great customer service and great products. The only issue I have is the sizing chart. I recently sent back an order to get the next size up(L/XL to 1X/2x) and it was actually smaller than the original. I find that disturbing, as body image issues are common place in society. I do commend Spicey Lingerie for having a large selection catered to today's woman, but improper sizing is a double edged sword.
Merchandise is not true to size at all - items run way smaller than the size on label
Shipping was slow and the product didn't fit right in most areas.
Good quality products, unfortunately some of the products are not available, which is not communicated at the time of ordering the products.
