Not too bad. Had a few issues with “over exaggerated sizes” things could not cover 1x-3x
My items were on back order but no one ever told.me. The return policy is not long enough. I won't be buying from spicy again.
Good selection, beautiful pieces, fast shipping. The only problem I had was the same problem I have everywhere else- it doesn't fit in the chest area and the stockings are way too long.
Bought brand new item said was 5x got item I never put it on I could tell just by seeing it was to small ( item ran small I think ) but never mind still my body didn't touch it. I used my $ sent it back to your company and got no refund. Your company said they don't refund items open or that touched bodies or washed . Really how about those of us that our honest and don't do any of those !!! Anyway thank you but no thanks
I had a big plan for me and my partner on a particular date. Items arrived on time but had missing items and I could not complete the entire outfit. This ruined the experience as I did not have everything in my order. After contacting logistics, I was asked to submit a picture of the invoice and I did. I appreciated how quick my order arrived, but I wasn’t thrilled that one item was back ordered and would have to wait more than a month to receive the item, which still isn’t a guarantee.
I ordered a garment that's not cheap by the way then a week or so after I was informed that they were out of stock and it would be a little while and I could order something else or I could wait it has been months and I still haven't received my items or anymore emails ect. I'm very disappointed and I really hope that they work this out.
Unreliable, unprofessional and no communication. I ordered hundreds of dollars from you guys as I do often for holidays, bike week / biketoberfest. . You took my money but all my items never came! You never responded back to my calls or emails! Finally a day or two before my shift started you said my items were no longer in stock.. 2nd day and 3 day shipping. That doesn't mean I should have to wait for a week to get the goods to be pulled together, then ship it 2nd or 3rd day. I could have ordered it elsewhere and received it within the anticipated 2 or 3 days, not 7 - 10 days.
