Not very happy at all! First of all it’s very hard to actually talk to a person if something is wrong with your order. My order was on back order which was fine but I asked for a refund on my expediate shipping since I wasn’t going to get them in time anyway. My orders were shipped separately and when I finally did get confirmation my shipment was being shipped, they delivery was going to be 6 days and I paid for 3 day shipping. I ordered a couple of garments and they took my money. I paid for express delivery and every thing was good. It was not until past delivery time did they let me know the items where on backorder. So I waited and about a month later I got a email asking if I want something deferent. I asked for my money back and the just sent me the price of the garments. The way I see it they should have told me from the beginning it was on back order instead of letting me waist my money for shipping.. I will never order fro them again
Worst customer service. Ordered a set and was told it would be here in a week. Waited 3 weeks before I called again and after being put on hold for an hour they told me it was on back order and I would receive it in a month.
I did not get all of my order. I hav not gotten a refund!
Item was very poor quality. Don't waste your money
Your order may take a while. I ordered a few items for a trip we were taking for our anniversary, and I did it well in advance. Items showed up weeks later.
I keep asking for a refund of the items that I have not received, which they didn't tell me it was back ordered until the first time I emailed them about it. they won't refund me, I don't want the items anymore. Will no longer buy from here
Cute lingeries.. I ordered two times.. the second time, they missed an item from my order and took them almost 3 weeks to deliver it. Other than that, the lingeries are just as expected
I love the lingerie styles the only problem is why not giving 5 stars is because I'm a plus size around the stomach area and they fit great except my breast size is not so the cup are way to big if u could make plus size and the cups a little smaller it would b perfect
