I paid for express shipment and I received my package 3 days after
Ordered some things as a gift got them few weeks later when gave the gift found out almost all the things I ordered were wrong size not that I ordered wrong size but received wrong size sent back on my dime got store credit ordered few other things same thing wrong size sent back on my dime again requesting money back said they can't it's been to long since original purchase got store credit again ordered some stuff couldn't use all the different credit codes had to use my credit card again then call and get them to apply co... read more
Website doesn't have live inventory they don't keep you updated I had to call to find out they didn't have but one of the items I ordered and then when they replaced it they double charged my card worst service ever will never order from this company again
Very cheap made.
Had something on backorder it was never sent to me nor was an email saying that they cancelled it after 30 days was still charged for the item and it was a fight to get my money back. Super not happy with this company will never use them again
Ordered and paid. Delivery noted but post office lost my order or delivered it to someone else. I followed the process and NO ONE cared. It's left on my hands. If you cared about new clients or any client, you could have tried to help me. Instead, OH WELL. You can write those off with your business....I can't. NEVER ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN just for your lack of commitment and customer concerns. It's not your fault the post office didn't deliver correctly, but it wasn't mine either.....you suck
