Absolutely terrible! We created a team store for wrestling and every single singlet is extremely large for the team. For example they're adult large is way too big for our 215-pounder and we only know this because he borrowed our 165 pounders singlet. Our 138 pounder is swimming inside of an adult small! Received cheer costumes that are completely different from the proof. The tops are all longer than the skirts and can’t be tucked in because it covers up the letter on the front. I contacted customer service, was told to take measurements of every single top at the size (I ordered from youth medium up to women’s medium). I did this, typed them in an email, and included a picture of a student wearing it. Ordered hats for our local little league. Hats were delayed a week no big deal wasn’t upset by that. The problem is the hats showed up with a 3.5” bill where standard hats have a 2.75” bill. The hats look extremely weird the cost was 1300 dollars. I messaged the support team. With photos of the hats I ordered they showed breathing holes in the picture plus 6 stitching lines on the bill. Absolute Worst company: This is my second order with this company, and unfortunately it confirms a pattern. My first order was delayed by two weeks and cost me a client.
