Horrible experience! They mixed up the sizes, names, and numbers I sent for the jerseys. I called and was told I needed to send an email. I sent an email and was then told I needed to send measurements of jerseys. I said there was no way I was going to measure jerseys. To then be told I needed to take pictures of all of the jerseys (12) before they can assist me. They are asking for me to do extra work when I'm a busy business owner for a mistake on their end, instead of just saying send the items back.

I ordered jerseys in black and they came in chocolate brown. Customer service is useless, told me that the brown is acceptable for the black that i ordered. It’s too late to order jerseys in the right colour.

This was so of the worst customer service I've received in a long time. I will never purchase from this company again. And that's too bad because I buy for a very large little league and a travel ball program...I call prior to buying my items to confirm where the items would ship from and how long it would take as I needed the items by a certain date. Ordered 2 sets of jerseys for coaches and players. Coloring was wrong. No active response. Have only received canned marketing response emails with no resolution. I have a tournament in 2 days with no uniforms because of this. Highly recommend using someone else. Totally dissatisfied.

I ordered a lot from them previously -- 7 orders. This time it has been a disaster. As others say, you get a different response every time on pricing. They take out a wrongful roster fee and then put it back! I went through over 20 proofs bc they would fix one thing and screw up another. it took more than a month to get 10 jerseys. The jerseys arrived one week too late. Customer service is terrible. Every person I talk to gives me a different answer. I will never use them again. As I read through these comments, I wonder where the person went that was so great in customer service because I’m thinking they obviously don’t work there anymore. i’m definitely finding a place to shop local.
