Get directionsAbsolutey pathetic company. Ordered a teams worth of hoodies and was told they would be delivered 3 days ago. They still haven’t shipped. They have a customer service dept but, customers can’t talk to them. I will never use them again. Customers are only allowed to talk with the 1 person that gets your call.

Absolutely horrible job on our uniforms, they can’t even print the numbers the same size! They have left over 50 kids without uniforms! They refuse to work with us or refund our money!

****UPDATE**** Not going to lie. Overall, good company to order jerseys from. BUT.... heaven forbid there is an error or mistake with your order abs you have to deal with their customer service. I received a call from their production telling me I should go up 1size on my order of youth football uniforms in order for them to fit over the pads, so I did. Don’t buy the leggings!!!!! Did not have a great experience. My jackets were printed wrong and way to big. They did offer to send me new jackets but took several weeks to send. We needed them for a Jan 28 show. 😞 The pants we purchased were tooooooo small for the whole team. I even had a student who wears a Small adult try on the Women’s large and she still could not fit it. We went by the sizing chart on there site to the tee. Very poor experience and quality is greatly lacking. Hats were made very poorly, misaligned seems, clasp angled 30 degrees off center so the strap on the back of the hats don't even work. Order came straight from China so I guess I shouldn't have expected great quality. Wish I was more careful in finding out where the products were made. Customer service was indifferent at best. I'm not even sure they apologized for the lack of quality. 2/10... would not recommend.

I made a second order after the first set came and for some reason after saying make my jerseys the same as last order and putting in names and numbers, 2 of the 4 new jerseys I ordered came messed up, I reached out to the company and was told it was my fault, they wouldn't refund me for the money spent to print numbers and names since it wasn't on the jerseys, then said if I want to get the two jerseys correct they would give me a 20% discount on my new order so I won't be using them again

Sadly we didn’t have much luck. We expedited 2 orders leading up to GSL worlds, 23 of the 24 jerseys were incorrect, currently waiting for help from the BBB as SGS will not refund us for the errors and we have to go to worlds with jacked up jerseys. I do not recommend! They don’t have a customer service support phone number either and will only email with you. It’s good for proof though. Zero ⭐️s

Poor customer service. Paid for expediated shipping, order was shipped from an International location AFTER promised delivery date. Package lost in another country and was ordered early for a one time event. Company's solution was to give a partial refund of the shipping when the package arrives?!?!?! How about a real solution of a comparable shipped from a US location before the event on Memorial Day.
