Absolutely do not recommend this company. While they pose with .ca, .com, companies, it is a Chinese company shipping from China. And while some Chinese company do make good products, this one is not one of them. After 3 attempts at replacing the jackets ands shirts, they still messed up and I have given up on ever receiving good products from them. First time they messed up the colour and size, second time, the logos were different sizes on each shirts and jackets, the logos were not place in the same positions on the jacke... read more

I ordered 2 custom jerseys, 1 medium and 1 large. When they arrived, the print did not match the proof for coverage area but more concerning despite being labeled medium and large, the jerseys are the exact same size, measured with a measuring tape, photo proof available. After reaching out to customer service, they tried to gaslight me into believing that this is somehow correct and refuse to make it right.

We ordered cheer dresses for our group only to have them all come over 5 inches too short. Upon receiving the order, I emailed customer support with our issue and attached pictures of the items (tunics and shorts, not cheer dresses). I was then asked to measure the items and send pictures of the items with the measuring tape. I did this and was again asked to send pictures of another item with the measuring tape. We were extremely disappointed in our order. The proof was nothing like the final product. We would of never approved the order if we had an accurate proof.

Avoid buying from this company—they're a scam! They charge inflated prices and trick you into thinking you're getting high-quality sports gear, but it's poorly made. The color is totally wrong, the material is thin and see-through, and the stitching is uneven and misaligned.

I am extremely disappointed in this company and their customer service! I had placed an order to make sure it was here in town for me to go out of town. The pants were made incorrectly, I sent multiple pictures validating the length errors. They tried to tell me I was wrong and I should order another pair. That didn’t happen, I argued and finally a representative got the replacement placed before I gave the ok I stated how important it was to have this order delivered by Tuesday 7/29. Horrible experience! They mixed up the sizes, names, and numbers I sent for the jerseys. I called and was told I needed to send an email. I sent an email and was then told I needed to send measurements of jerseys. I said there was no way I was going to measure jerseys. To then be told I needed to take pictures of all of the jerseys (12) before they can assist me. They are asking for me to do extra work when I'm a busy business owner for a mistake on their end, instead of just saying send the items back.

I ordered jerseys in black and they came in chocolate brown. Customer service is useless, told me that the brown is acceptable for the black that i ordered. It’s too late to order jerseys in the right colour.
