My family and I were in town for a funeral and we try to request a block of rooms for a group discount. It was a ton of confusion and finally after multiple problems with all of our rooms including broken toilets, broken toilet tissue holder is coming off from the wall, garbage, cleaning rags left in the room, Housekeeper is not available for cleaning and gone for the day and much more, This will definitely not be a place that I would recommend for anyone to stay. Way to much money for the place The place needs a lot of work. We paid to much for the room. It needs to be closed. 150.00 a night i dont think so more like 25.00 a night

After being up for more than 20hrs traveling, I was ready to go to bed. I got into my room and the bathroom had dirty footprints and pubic hair on the floor. I called the desk and she couldn't do anything about it and wanted me to discuss it in the morning with the manager. I went to get ready for bed and none of the lights or outlets worked. Disappointed I have stayed at Springhill Suites at a different location and had a great experience. This location did not hold up to that previous experience. Upon arriving, I waited about five minutes for the clerk to arrive to arrive at the desk. Not a big deal, but my stay continued to have problems. The room’s master light switch was wired with the main light located between the beds and bathroom lights. The master light switch had to be on to turn on lights in bathroom.
