Staff was never to be found at desk. Cleaning staff kept coming to our room way before checkout as if rushing us out. Told front desk and it was just brushed off. Pool was not very clean. Only plus is it's location. Won't go back
No way to turn off light between beds controled by master switch, which also controls outlets for phone charging outlets,also you have to get down on your knees to turn on refrigerator switch inside refrigerator no light in refrigerator, 1 bar of soap no body wash in tub
Don't Book Here Hotel overbooked and did not have a room for us. The young lady at the front desk was rude and very dismissive of my frustration. We tried to check in right at 3pm and they had empty rooms but were saving them for more important guests, weird when my reservation was non-refundable. I guess they overbook and then kick out the Hotels.com reservations (even though in my case I am also a Marriott Bonvoy Member). She offered to get us a room at the hotel next door (same owner) but not the same room type, we booked... read more
