Disappointed I have stayed at Springhill Suites at a different location and had a great experience. This location did not hold up to that previous experience. Upon arriving, I waited about five minutes for the clerk to arrive to arrive at the desk. Not a big deal, but my stay continued to have problems. The room’s master light switch was wired with the main light located between the beds and bathroom lights. The master light switch had to be on to turn on lights in bathroom.
