Hidden pet fee Although the room was fine, we had searched pet friendly hotels so we were shocked when they informed us at check in there was an additional charge of $100 for the dog. 12 pound multipoint, no shedding, well trained, doesn’t bark. They were inflexible and we were stuck with almost paying double the room cost.

Bad and unsafe location Nice location, however unsafe to leave your car in the parking lot. Got the window broken. Another chance customer said he had same thing happen. Management said they don’t want to have camera on the premises Bc that’s make them liable for it. I asked b4 checkin as I was concerned about stuff in my car. The gentleman at the counter said no complaint on this premises which a lie. Good place but unsafe and bad customer service ,
Shower filled like a tub. You have to remember 24 hrs ahead of time to request house keeping otherwise you cannot receive it. No hot water request fix 2 times no fix. A/c set for 68 room barely reached 72.
Lacking cleanliness For the price of the room you would think it’s nice and comfortable. The lobby looks up to date but once you hit the elevator and go upstairs the carpet and rooms are dated looks super old and dingy. I’ve noticed traveling the rooms are inspected for cleanliness. We had a mix up on rooms the room had a old crusty towel hanging in bathroom from previous guest the tub was dirty hair on the ceiling , floor, bed smh. This is unacceptable. Nicebeds and room. At 3:33 in the morning . People across the hall slamming doors 4 times very loudly in 2 minute .with 2 standard poodles barking Unacceptable could not get back to sleep.. We'll never ever Go again. Other customer next door to them also came out to see what all the noise was.. Who puts dogs in the middle of a motel to walk down a long hallway she used bathrooms terms. Ridiculous
