These folks are amazing! They actually stay in touch with you from the beginning till the end! The installers were on time and got the job done right the first time! We love our new glassed-in porch!Thank you **** You are awesome to work with!

Had a new sunroom built onto our existing deck attached to the house. The sales process was very detailed and appeared to promise a smooth build, but a follow-up inspection by their engineer revealed that the deck was not supported up to their standards. This was even though it was fairly new and had been fully town inspected. An additional cost was agreed upon that added another 15% to the sunroom cost for Patio Enclosures' contractor to add sono-tubes and posts. My 3 season room was finished today. It turned out beautifully. Every employee involved with this project was great. *** the salesman helped with decisions I was unsure of. ***** who measured for the room was very personal and accurate with his measurements. ***** the scheduler was a complete pleasure to work with. *** and ***** the crew who built my room they were respectful, hardworking in very cold weather and a pleasure to be around. Poor communication throughout this process. Windows ordered in June are not completely installed, although completely paid for. We're told an error was made which is the delay. Installers were great. Scheduler and Operations Administrator poorly communicate. I have reached out to the scheduling supervisor and am waiting for a response. My next step is the Better Business Bureau. ****** * Extremely happy that I chose Patio Enclosure to installed a high security and beautiful front door. I especially like to thank the Customer Service Advocate (Mrs ****** ******) ,In in keeping me informed from start to finish. Signed a contract the end of September. Told an inspector would be out within a week or so. Told the patio enclosed room would be completed by the beginning of December. The secretary has set up meetings for this inspection and when Ive called to confirm the day or two ahead she then stated he couldnt make it this has happened twice. Then rescheduling was another couple of weeks out. Yesterday was another appointment and whenever I called during the week I was put on music. No one answered. From Start to finish I found the Phoenix, Arizona representative (Great Day Improvements) to be very professional. The creation of a sun room out of my back porch was just a verbal description by me. Their Installation Team was exceptional and constantly checking with me for possible changes that could improve the project. The finished project was perfect and the ultimate test was this weekend with heavy rains. No Leaks! **** ****
