Do not waste your time with this company. Permits submitted 3/19. I had to call the City Hall to get the status of the permits which was 4/18 only to find out that on 4/3 this company was made aware of an issue. They did not call me I had to call them. The city does not allow for concrete posts and instead requires a full concrete foundation for our enclosed sunroom which we are not going to pay for. The design consultant was extremely good at selling the product, but ultimately made promises that were not fully kept by the installation people. Communication about a problem with the enclosure door was not addressed in a timely or ethical manner. The area supervisor flat out misrepresented (lied) about the product door that was to be installed and per the contract we signed before the project began. The whole matter and trying to resolve it left me with an unfavorable opinion of Great Day Improvements, (Patio Enclosures).... read more

From sales to installation I I received excellent service. ************** was an exceptional sales person. ************** in operations manangement kept in touch with me daily. ************ did an amazing job pulling the whole project together, ahead of schedule!!

We have been in the process of installing ************ since September and are still fighting to get it finished. The product itself is outstanding . The structure and the capability of the structure installation team exceeds all expectations! We live in ******** which is apparently a new location for Patio Enclosures. Good company, great staff. I had the Under Existing Roof design and I love it. ************ Was my design consultant. I had my back porch enclosed. Patio Enclosures did a fantastic job. It is absolutely beautiful! Their product was so much better than others I had looked at. The salesman ****** was not pushy and was very respectful of what I wanted. My install guy (******) was wonderful, the office manager (******) always returned my calls. It was an easy and painless process. I would recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone who wants a beautiful new room.
