We signed a contract to have our Patio enclosed with Patio Enclosures/ Great Day Improvements in on March 16th 2023. We finally got a completion on the project in September 2023 however, since completion we have reported leaks. They have been paid the full amount for the installation but now are ignoring or requests for fixing the leaks. The communication with this company has been terrible as they do not return calls or emails thru the entire process. Many delays and excuses when you can get someone to contact you. ******* is absolutely amazing!! He was extremely responsive and answered his phone. Any time he couldnt, he always texted. He was amazing at the initial meeting and was very thorough!! The builder, ***, was outstanding. The product is great and ******* already came back out to make sure I was happy. This company uses good quality products that are highly rated in the industry and will last for years to come! Professional and courteous employees and construction crews! Great customer service and communication process for the customer but could use a little help on the construction end of things when sending out the various teams to complete a project!
