Tried contacting others who do screen enclosures, didnt even get call backs. But Patio Enclosures responded right away. Estimator came out, explained everything, and as an engineer I had a million questions. We were scheduled and parts ready in less time than expected. The installer was courteous and careful, and I was pleased. There were some issues with the factory made screens. A phone call got people over in just a few days, tightened the screens, and I was completely satisfied. Thanks!

I can't find my previous review, so here's a new one. ****'s attempted to address a couple remaining issues I had, but Great Day was not interested. No one contacted me or even returned my phone calls. We signed a contract in May of 2022. This was supposed to take about three weeks. So, the project started off with a bang, and then it dragged on and on and on--an hour one day, then maybe a few days, and then a couple hours. Tools and materials littered the ground for weeks.
