My experience has been very disappointing. This project started in November '22 and we were told that it would take 10 working days. However it is still not complete and failed a final inspection by the City of Naperville. It failed it's City of Naperville inspection on 6/12 for various reasons including a lack of stamped plans on site and the tripled beam already twisting and needing 6xle post connections. Everyone from the sales representative to the installers was very professional. The process was quick, easy, and efficient. We did have to wait on a screen for the kitchen window. I had to call them to remind them of the missing screen. However, they finally came out and installed it a few weeks after the initial install. Otherwise, everything went smoothly as planned.

The contractors were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, worked in extremely hot weather and built a beautiful sunroom. They cleaned up the job site.
