I give ******* and his co-worker a great review, they were prompt, professional and very helpful. They looked at patio door which has been giving us trouble, as they were only here ti install my windows. ***** was very helpful in getting the correct windows for replacement.

What a class act operation. From the first contact with the design consultant to the installer, Patio Enclosures proved to be a competent and professional outfit.. ***** was the continuous contact person who kept me well informed about timelines. They were HORRENDOUS! Very bad communication. No one from upper management would respond to our emails. Our project took 7 months to complete. Which is ridiculous!! We asked for some type of compensation and they totally REFUSED and don't give a ****! We wish now that we would of never had this project done by Great Day!

My experience with **** was awesome. The quality of the product he presented was the best that Ive seen for an enclosure and the fact that the company has been around for so long makes the lifetime warranty sound amazing. I also got to see how the enclosure would look like on my house through a iPad which was cool!

**** came out to work through the options on our house, which was not easy as it is an older house that is entirely brick. He professionally and patiently explained all the different features, and I can definitely say that we came up with a much better plan, and one quite a bit different from we had envisioned at the beginning.
