We moved into a home with an existing Patio Enclosure. I found the name on the bottom of a door wall. Took a chance and found them and was able to contact the Highland ** office -they found ** in the system. Our enclosure was installed in ****, we were looking to update it in someway. A sales rep came out and what she did not know she was able to get answers from her supervisor. From consultation to installation, everything was so easy and quick! We had our consult on February 9th and our windows were installed only one month later on March 10th! Stanek was an amazing company to work with and they were very affordable!

A good product suffered the inconsistencies of teams, management, and employee turnover during the pandemic. At times there was variable quality control and supply chain issues across the timeline (it took 1.5 years to accomplish). In the end the completed product was acceptable, and the office staff followed through with a small refund.
