A good product suffered the inconsistencies of teams, management, and employee turnover during the pandemic. At times there was variable quality control and supply chain issues across the timeline (it took 1.5 years to accomplish). In the end the completed product was acceptable, and the office staff followed through with a small refund.

This was a very well done project, using high-quality materials and it has worked out very well for us and visitors (in addition, the two cats and one dog absolutely love the enclosed porch now!). This company does have good teams that work for them, and ***** was our Point of Contact (POC) and she kept everyone very informed.
