We had a consultation with *****, a Patio Enclosures representative, yesterday. He was informative, knowledgeable, and professional. We have not yet made the decision to dive into the project, but he has given us all the information we needed and did it in a very enjoyable, helpful way.

I loved my experience with Patio Enclosures! From my first experience with the sales representative I felt like a valued customer. He worked with me to design a space to cover my existing deck and provided great advice. Once the plan was submitted and CAD drawings were drafted, I was notified that due to the structural integrity I would have to eliminate one of my ceiling windows. The sales person spent a great deal of time going over every detail of the company, the product, and what we should expect. The patio was installed on a very hot day in Texas. The employees stuck with it until finished and did any awesome job. The next day we were visited by a company rep to review the work. Never had that happen. The patio is absolutely lovely. Even our cat thinks it's pretty darn cool. This company and its employees rate A+!

I love my new screened room! It is just what I wanted and looks awesome! The only problem I had was some mis-communication during the installation- late and no show, but the installer and his boss couldnt decide whose fault that was - passed the buck, so to speak. But, the job got done, it is finished and I love it!! Thank you for a wonderful product- its actually the second Patio Enclosure Ive had!
