Sales person came well-prepared and didn't "hard sell" the product, but made sure our questions were answered and that our new front entry door was the right one for us and our house. Installer, ****, was efficient and attentive to details. His management of the construction area and final clean-up was commendable. We would use them again.

Horrible customer service, lack of communication, and timeliness of completion. Our project began mid April. We were told this project would take 1-2 weeks **** as of June 24, 2023 we are on week 11 and our project is not even close to being completed. The communication with this company is awful. I call the local office and get no response, or very little. I contact the cooperate office and they have to send an email to the local office to have someone call you. I would give this company 5 stars except of their follow up to an issue I called about regarding repairs. For the initial consultation and design - the salesman was amazing. Super friendly, very honest about pricing and did not push for a sign to contract to utilize any sort of promotional sale.
