I love my sunroom! I couldn't be more pleased with Great Day Improvements/Patio Enclosures. ---The sales rep helped me design a great space. He answered all my questions courteously and professionally. The installer was superb, again very courteous and professional. I have enjoyed my 3-season sunroom all year--even on sunny days in the winter when the sunroom was warm enough to enjoy it wearing just a sweatshirt. Working with the team has been a very easy and painless process! The sales rep was informative and straight forward with the product, the administrator was always available for questions, and the project manager was always quick with updates. Although one of the doors was fabricated backwards due to a last minute change we made, the team was quick to respond on the day of the install and let us know a new door was being made and ready to install in the coming weeks. Great sales rep. Communication from start to finish was great. Small issue near the completion of the project and the crew was back the next day making it right! If I ever build a new house, my enclosure would surly be with this company.

My many thanks to Stanek Windows and Great Day improvements. Our entire home is so much more comfortable and quiet as well. The quality of the windows represented is actually in reality. The entire install crew did an amazing job installing and clean up afterwards, and the entire team kept us apprised as to the construction of the windows and the exact detail of their installation by date should I ever had the need for upgrading in the future maybe at a different residence I would use Stanek I highly recommend. .

It has been a year that our patio enclosure was completed. I love it and never think twice now about the money that we used. The extra room to our home is so welcoming and draws in the outside. We have had no concerns!

The sales process, communication and install was all fine. We had to wait a couple of months for the bay window done by a third party. When finally received, we and the installers saw a defect in the weather stripping which should have been caught at the factory, or at some point prior to delivery. They had to come back to repair/replace it which took another few weeks. However, we love all of our new windows despite having to wait and deal with those issues.

At the end of construction of our enclosed patio I had rated Patio Enclosure 5 stars. However, at 6 months or so after completion, I noticed a seperation of the pieces near the frame of a window. Anyone could see clearly out of this opening and feel air entering through it. Also, noted that one of the two screen doors was stiff to open and close...it kept jumping the track.
