We have hired various businesses over the years, and this one is by far the best one we have ever used. From the very beginning they were prompt in coming to speak with us, informative about how each phase would work along the way, returned phone calls promptly, and even completed the project ahead of schedule. My experience with Great Day Improvements has been a total nightmare!!! I was subjected to a con artist crooked sales person who wasted a whole evening and several days after of my time. The salesman gave me one job quote on the first night then came back 4 days later and remeasured my room and said due to a heavy work schedule and being so busy he made a measurement mistake and adjusted my job quote by nearly $5,000.00 dollars!!!l I hope someone can look into this company's business practices. Would not recommend this company. Terrible communication - it took 11 months to complete a 200 square foot room. The result was not worth the money it cost.
