We moved into a home with an existing Patio Enclosure. I found the name on the bottom of a door wall. Took a chance and found them and was able to contact the Highland ** office -they found ** in the system. Our enclosure was installed in ****, we were looking to update it in someway. A sales rep came out and what she did not know she was able to get answers from her supervisor. I am very disappointed in Great Day Improvements. I had them come out to my home and give me a quote on doing a deck and screened in pouch for me. Then set up for them to do the project for me. They came out one other time to do a remeasure and then they asked for a plot plan so they could get the permits and after I sent in the plot plan they told me that the city would not take them. I have never heard from them again and this was in September of 2022. To this day I am still waiting on the permits and for them to start my ... read more

From consultation to installation, everything was so easy and quick! We had our consult on February 9th and our windows were installed only one month later on March 10th! Stanek was an amazing company to work with and they were very affordable!

Would not recommend this group. Didn't show up on the date of install and I had to reach out and the next day get an email they would be there the following date. (For the money we pay wouldn't you think a call would have been nice) of course that day came and went. When they did show up, they worked maybe a total of 6 hours between both days to tell me it didn't fit and would have to reorder. They left metal shaving all over our driveway and patio which caused issues with our dogs and cats getting them in their paws. Never ... read more

A good product suffered the inconsistencies of teams, management, and employee turnover during the pandemic. At times there was variable quality control and supply chain issues across the timeline (it took 1.5 years to accomplish). In the end the completed product was acceptable, and the office staff followed through with a small refund.
