Horrible, horrible people! Would NOT recommend them! Their work is not that good, we even (8+years later) STILL have a warranty roof leek that they cannot seem to fix, BUT, after all this time they have graciously decided to charge us for services call THAT THEY CANNOT FIX!! Too many other problems with them too! Stay away! I would give one star but his website will not allow me.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The job was sloppy, incompetent and overpriced. I have had them out three times now to fix issues and today they broke my glass panel. Now I have to have yet another appointment and I am concerned something else will happen. I have been offered no discount, no refund, no apology, nothing. I have had appointments scheduled and no one showed up, I have had appointments scheduled and canceled at the last minute.

Patio has many flaws and they will not return our calls. The product was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Now doors will not lock , screen came off, and water leaks.

Product is not good. Installed 2 weeks ago. Window is falling apart. Called our design consultant and sent picture to him. ************************* said he forwarded it to his 3 managers. We also called their ************** and had to leave message. We have not heard from the company still. 2 days and still waiting for someone to call us back on how they are going to fix the window that is apparently breaking 2 weeks after the install. Do not use this company. No follow up or follow through.

First I would like to say we do love our patio enclosure, but feel like it was way overpriced. Sitting in the 18x12 room I look back and feel we were overcharged by several thousand dollars on what we had done. The salesman comes in and I know he is doing is job but feel we were pressured to make a decision on the spot or we wouldn't get the additional thousand dollars off. They start off high and by the time you get the third price you think it's a great deal. But, looking back there is no way it should of cost that much. *... read more

This company also known as Patio Enclosures has been a nightmare!! The lack of workmanship, service, and follow through is absolutely despicable. We have had several supervisors and their best workers to come and assess all the issues needing addressed. Each person blames the other and speaks to you in a condescending way. Our last supervisor was fired so we now have another person overseeing the issues. Please note that they are given a timeframe that each project must be completed. I am only giving this company a 1 rating because communications with them started out great but went downhill during the installation process. Our installation is still not complete and I have not heard from them in weeks!!!Run for the hills if you want a patio enclosure and they are the company doing the install.

Initially, I was very impressed with the quote and work, but there was a blip with estimate and they wanted to charge me 8K more, I said to cancel the contract, but ****** assured me that their company would stick with the quote. Great! The rooms were put in. Great, they look beautiful, but after the first hard rain, I found 2 leaks. The contractor came and sealed, or so I thought. After the next rain, same leaks.
