I have spent over $70,000 and they sill haven't finished. We started the process and signed the contracts in April/ May, 2022. They started our deck/ 3 season room, in September, 2022. It's now March, 2023. Recently, they sent me a letter, threatening collection of the final 10%! And they haven't even finished the project. Hard to reach anyone for help. Project is still not done after working for 10months in the end stages and still not completed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. (OUT OF 19.2k WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!!) I signed a contract with Great Day for a 65K sunroom to be put on an existing deck. After a few months waiting and Great Day getting a 19.2k downpayment from me I was informed by Great Day that they could not get approval to do the work AGREED UPON in the contract. We could still build your room but we would need to revise the lay out. You informed us you did not want to proceed and wanted to cancel. Per your signed contract you have 3 days to cancel in order to have your deposit refunded. This was well after the 3 day time period.
