RecommendedIt’s a great place. However I have been trying to purchase tickets for 2 days and the website is crashed and the phones don’t work.

After seeing a video on social media where an employee called the police bc a patron wasn’t wearing a mask, I’ll never set foot in this establishment. The man is a veteran, and had a medical condition preventing him from wearing the mask. Such disrespect. Pitiful.

This is the first time I've been to a dine in theater and it's not for me. To be level with the screen, w/o paying for the upgraded seats, I was so far back, my 65' tv feels bigger. I also prefer just getting my drink and popcorn vs waiting 10 minutes for them. Finally I thought their food prices were a bit high so I didn't order anything. I will say the place looks very nice and clean.

I am beyond furious with Star Cinema. I went to purchase premium pods as i have done since november and now tickets are $41.90. That is absolutely ridiculous. I even checked bank statements back to November and i have never paid more that 29.90 for the pods. And then the "manager" even argued with me saying its always been 41.90. Not only that food prices have gone up a lot since November. I will never again visit star cinema. Which is sad because we go to the movies about 3 -4 times a month. We're sorry that the premium pod pricing was not fully explained to your by our team. The way the premium pods are priced is to add $6 to the regular adult ticket price for the movie being seen. The pods are also sold as a pair. When we first re-opened we were showing classic movies and the ticket price was $5, so the pod price would be $11 each or $22 for the pair. We are now showing new movie releases (which the studios charge more for) and so we are back to our regular ticket prices of $13, making the pods $19 each, or $3... read more
RecommendedBe aware that during Covid, you can’t buy tix at the theater. It can only be done through the App. Oh, and yes, you pay a $4 service fee.

Took my family to go and see Coco last night and the people at the door said that my 1 year old was not allowed to go into the theater. I've been to other sit down and eat movie theaters with my daughter with no issues. The workers at the door told me that this is company policy. If this is the policy I will not be going to any star movie theaters even if my daughter is the proper age to go in.
