Horrible service!!!! And the food was awful!! I come here at least once a month and have never had such bad service and food.
Love the theater, but you can't use a gift card for online purchases and the Parking is horrible, we spent over 20 minutes looking for a place to park.
*edit* (money was refunded after dealing with a different manager..) Inconsistent management allowed young kids in one day then won't the next. After charging my family for a kids movie they didn't allow them to see, the manager said he would refund the money, but actually charged them a second time instead. Now they're out two full trips to the movies and not a single dime has been refunded. Time to change management star!
RecommendedMy Husband and I really enjoy the seating. The servers really need to understand about supplying drinks. The food was good, however my Husband order the pulled pork sandwich and I ordered pizza..his sandwich was delivered and it was another 20 minutes before my pizza was...help is desperately needed in b the food service department
The seats are large and soft but don't lean back. Hard on bad backs. And for goodness sakes fix the spelling of "too" on that Marilyn Monroe poster!
RecommendedIt was okay I mean the screen isn't as big as you would think and the seating is limited you would think that a company that moved to gain more profit you would have more seating. My nieces and I went during and matinee premier and the only reason there was room for us was because they were tiny and could share a seat. The wait staff was polite as far as the food goes the oil needed to be filtered. An what ever happened to the tatertots on the menu and a chocolate shake.....dude....really
We were excited to see a movie after Christmas with our 3 year old, but were turned away at the ticket counter because of her younger sibling. They don't allow kids under 3 (her exact words). To me, not family friendly. I would have had the decency to take her younger sibling out if need be for noise, but was not even given the opportunity.
I think the parking and walking is the biggest deal for me. If someone has mobility issues.. and hard to walk at all its hard to go. I had them drop me off at the entrance by the parking lot but it was almost to much for me. I had to stop a few times to even get to the theater. I had them pick me up at the other end so it was not as much walking. The place is clean, the people were polite, the food was pretty good. This was our second time there. RecommendedWe normally love going here but the last time we went (this evening) our waiter spilled both of our drinks all over us. Everyone felt bad and brought us new drinks but we still sat through the movie in wet clothes and on wet seats. We were then charged full price for our whole order � the money isnt the big issue, we just felt a bit disrespected and insulted-get covered in food and have to pay for it too. Not sure we'll be coming back �
