Staff was courteous & efficient. Everyone who assisted in my mother’s care responded well to her needs and treated her with great care! It was so nice to be in & out within less than 2 hours so we could get back to our hotel. The follow up recommendations were handled the next day with a great orthopedic facility that basically confirmed the Star ER treatment plan so that we felt at ease continuing our visit in Lubbock. I highly recommend Star ER!

A little trouble with the front desk. I had to have my insurance company fax verification. Then experience got better. Nurses and doctor were very professional courteous. In and out quickly. That I liked!
