I was in and out in within 35 minutes. I was treated promptly and given the best care. This will be my new place to go for any treatment when I’m not able to get into my doctor

Staff was courteous & efficient. Everyone who assisted in my mother’s care responded well to her needs and treated her with great care! It was so nice to be in & out within less than 2 hours so we could get back to our hotel. The follow up recommendations were handled the next day with a great orthopedic facility that basically confirmed the Star ER treatment plan so that we felt at ease continuing our visit in Lubbock. I highly recommend Star ER!

A little trouble with the front desk. I had to have my insurance company fax verification. Then experience got better. Nurses and doctor were very professional courteous. In and out quickly. That I liked!
