WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It is imposible to contact the company by phone or email. Even before the pandemic the only way to contact them is going directly to the place. The owner now doesn’t have a receptionist so her excuse is that she “can’t do all by her own and it’s by laws that she can’t have more people around” LIES because I have gone to the dentist, gym and dermatologist since the pandemic started and everywhere at least there is a receptionist to reply to the customers. CROOK!!!! Unacceptable and disrespectful, Athina is the worst person I've ever met, she takes the money and then nothing! Lack of professionalism and no consideration for her clients. After many trips, many emails, many calls nothing, no answer !!! I went there this morning, I waited more than an hour, to finally be able to see her (because no possibility to go up to the 8th floor) she didn't want to talk to me or even deny looking at me. ESCROC !!!! Inadmissible et irrespectueuse, Athina est la pire personne que j'ai pu côtoyer, elle encaisse l'argent et après plus rien ! Manque de professionnalisme et aucune considération pour sa clientèle. Après plusieurs déplacements, plusieurs courriels, plusieurs appels rien, pas de réponse !! J'y suis allée ce matin, j'ai attendu plus d'une heure, pour enfin pouvoir l'apercevoir (car pas de possibilité de monter au 8ème étage) elle n'a pas voulu me parler ou même dénier me regarder. 25/02/2020 L'attente à chaque rendez-vous peut varier entre 20 min à 1h. La dernière fois, la clinique m'a fait patienté 45 minutes. Je prends mon mal en patience. La patronne s'adresse à moi pour me demander si j'ai un rendez-vous, je lui réponds par l'affirmative. Elle me demande mes informations, que je donne. Elle me réponds que je ne suis pas sur l'agenda, que j'ai déjà complété mon abonnement et que je ne devrais pas être là. If I were able, I would give this place a 0/5. I bought a lifelong package for over 1000$ at the New York branch. After only using my package once, the place closed down. I called the number I was given to contact many times with no answer. I then messaged the owner and received an answer about how she is working on it with her lawyers and refunding clients and to please be patient. That was last September.
