Since returning to this clinic after COVID. They have twice given me an appointment for a time where they ended up being closed. Once I had to wait outside in -25 because the building was locked after 6 pm. This time the office was closed and two other women showed up for appointments. I have been a client since 2018 and purchased a liftetime package. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
La propriétaire est une menteuse, elle ne donne jamais de rdv… annule les rdv sans. preavis…. s’en fout de ses clients…. N’achetez Jamais la.. mon traitement est meme pas encore finni… est c’est deja payée!!! voleuse!!!
My last 4 appointments were canceled they didn’t even take time to tell me that, I just go there and wait for an hour or soo… cuz they don’t even pick up the phone just to get the info same for emails, trying to get an appointment is like winning the lottery there !!! Don’t waste your money here fkn big scaaaammm, the customer service is below 0, 1star is too much tbh, they show you a good side at first and pouuf, good luck reaching out again 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The worst place ever I can’t get hold of them so I can take an appointment they made me pay in advance and they are using the cOvid excuse One time got an appointment for there was closed seriously be carful where do you invest your money I highly recommend to be carful with this place
