The worst place ever I can’t get hold of them so I can take an appointment they made me pay in advance and they are using the cOvid excuse One time got an appointment for there was closed seriously be carful where do you invest your money I highly recommend to be carful with this place

ORIGINAL DATE OF POSTING: October 19, 2021. If I could give 0 stars, I would do just that. Prior to COVID-19, this service was pretty great, waiting times could be long, but the people were nice. HOWEVER, ever since the pandemic, Star Laser is simply unreachable. They don't respond to calls, nor emails, not through the form on their website AND their form to book an appointment seems broken, i.e. I can't book an appointment even though they accept no walk-ins. Athina est une arnaqueuse, elle m’a pris plus que 2000$ et elle la je viens de me rendre compte qu’elle a fermé le centre de laser dèfinitivement sans nous tenir au courant. Elle est une voleuse. ATTENTION

They do not respond in any way to book an appointment, whether by phone or email. She forces you to pay the full package amount and then doesn't respond. I haven't been able to book a session in 2 years. The owner has scammed hundreds of clients and posts fake reviews. Please don't go here.

Do not waste your money and your time here. This business is a fraud. They sell cheap coupons on Groupon and they promote sales on social media to attract clients but once the purchase is done it is impossible to reach them and get your pre-paid services. In my case, I bought a 1-year laser hair removal coupon from Groupon, but I was able to only have 2 treatments. After those, they adopted a completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Mon expérience chez star laser a été horrible. Au dela du manque de respect que j’ai vécu par la propriétaire athina, l’impossibilité de prendre un rdv, les annulations arbitraires à la dernière seconde et tout ce dont les gens se plaignent déja dans les nombreux commentaires négatifs! Je me suis fait bruler la jambe par une des employés non qualifiés de star laser ( voir photo). Selon mon médecin, ce sont des cicatrices permanentes ! Fuyez cette entreprise, ce n’est qu’une arnaque !!

A FUIR A TOUT PRIX!!!!! J'ai acheté un forfait et j'ai fait par la suite une demande de remboursement au vu des commentaires négatifs, je n'avais plus confiance de faire un traitement chez eux. Depuis, Athina la gérante me dit que ma demande de remboursement va être traitée en 3 à 5 jours mais je n'ai toujours pas eu de nouvelles et bien entendu nous sommes au-delà des 5 jours. StarLaser est le pire des centres que j’ai eu pour plusieurs raisons notamment: pas se respect des clients, changement de staff chaque fois, ils ne répondent pas ni au telephone ni sur mail. J’ai payé la totalité de mon forfait et je n’ai pas encore terminé mes seances et a date personne ne me reponds. Si j’avais la possibilité de joindre les captures d’ecrans de mes echanges avec eux vous allez comprendre. Le client est un roi avant le paiement et apres ils les prennent pour des cons. Do not go here! They take your money and then never give you an appointment! And if they do, it’s six months wait... the laser doesn’t work with these long wait times. Everyone I’ve spoken to has the same negative experience. It’s a scam!!!! 1 star is too many.
