If you get an appointment pay for only this appointment. If you pay upfront you won't hear of them again. In the last 1.5 years I had to call and write over and over and over to finally be able to get 2 appointment over the course of 18 months. Owner claim to now be able to supply for the current customer base but keep accepting new customers. It's been over 6 months I've called and written but had 0 answer.
The most unprofessional, miserable, pathetic customer service i've ever experienced. They made me pre pay close to $5000 and won't provide services. They have a broken machine that they will not fix. They are thieves and scammers and I'll be suing them in small claims court if they do not provide me a refund.

Worst customer service ever. It takes months to have appointments at this place. They cancelled mine last minute and didn’t even bother to reschedule it. Now they just ignore my emails and calls when I ask for another appointment

This is one of the worst experience. They are thief and liar. We payed for the full service and it’s been 3 weeks we have been calling and trying to book an appointment for a session, leaving multiple msgs and no one even called back. At least show some respect to your customers how already payed you and is supporting your business during a pandemic
Depuis le mois d’avril j’appelle j’envoie des emails , personne ne me rappelle. J’avais payé pour et c’est dommage qu’on peut pas profiter de ce qu’on a le droit. Vous dites que de nouvelles dispos il y a au mois de Novembre et Décembre. C’est faux. Quand on fait une recherche, le prochain rdv ca m’a donné en juin 2021. Ce n’est pas Sérieux de votre part
Just wanted to say that place doesn’t respect any client since they never ever answer any call or return any . It’s been 3 weeks i am calling/left message/ emails/ ... but no reply at all. Today I was so upset that I have called almost 15 times in a day , but no return call from the place . Whether there is receptionist or no receptionist, no difference in service . Never ever ever ever pick up the phone . Only there time is important. I have left the message almost 50 times in total / 3 weeks , but no respect toward my time... read more
