Clinic of crooks. Don't set your foot there, they will give you a good long term deal or a life time deal but after 3-5 appointments they will stop answering your calls or email and won't give you more appointments. The only way to fight it is to keep records of your phone log email etc, then you take that to you credit card company, don't wait too long because these disputes expire and you can lose like me thousands of dollars

The owner is disrespectful to her clients and could not care less about customer service. She will be so nice at first to get you to commit with them and once she has the money she's another person. Paid 2.2K and they canceled my 2 appointments out of 3, they dnt answer calls. If u check their google reviews, they complaining they dnt have enough employees but keep taking new customers. They taking money but not providing the services.

Si il y aurait possibilité de mettre 0 étoiles, je le ferais. Je comprends les difficultés de la pandémie, mais c’est une mauvaise organisation totale. C’est difficile de rentrer dans la salle d’attente; il faut que quelqu’un descende nous chercher à l’accueil, mais il n’y a pas de réceptionniste pour répondre aux appels, ce sont les techniciennes qui le font. Alors dès qu’elles ont une cliente, c’est impossible d’avoir la ligne. Et parfois le matin elles n’ouvrent même pas le système téléphonique (a 10h on appelle pour di... read more

They are thieves, be careful of Athena, she will sell you long term packages and after she took your money in advance she will cancel you appointments and never reschedule or answer you messages, texts, emails or phone calls, stay away from these thieves.

EDIT: I'm writing this review because I do not know what to do anymore. My last 3 appointments were cancelled literally less than an hour before the appointment and I had the hardest time rescheduling. My last appointment was supposed to be on April 24th, and it was cancelled too. I just received the cancellation email 45 minutes before, and she told me she'd call me the day after to reschedule, which of course never happened. I called back twice a week since, wrote multiple emails, no answer. I just want to get the service ... read more

They’re so fucking crazy!!!they booked me an appointment for Saturday @5pm and then they are close at 2pm?????what are your problems guys???!!!!!!!! You guys are not well organized!!!!
