The day before our tour, Starline cancelled our reservation. No explanation just cancelled. Very disappointing.

Schrecklich. Tour fand wegeb Schlechtwetter nicht statt… wurde nichtmal abgesagt. Haben im Regen gewartet und dann dort angerufen. Und da meinten sie sie fährt nicht. War 20 min nach eigentlicher Abfahrt. Mail kamm dann erst nach meinem Anruf! Bin gespannt ob ich meim Geld anstandslos zurück bekomme…!
We been waiting at The Shore Hotel now over hours for our bus. Not cool👎
Great customer service experience. although my tour started as a terrible customer service. Very disorganized. I missed my original tour with my wife, and asked for a reschedule which was granted, and I decided to add my kids and paid the extra fee. However, they tried to charge me again for what I had already paid for, and wouldn't grant me a refund. finaly, however, not only did the manager fix it, he also refunded me, but I also ended inviting more paying family members to enjoy the tour with us.
We were excited about this tour and having the ability to learn about different sites and get off and on the bus. As soon as we got on the bus, we realized this was not going to be a great situation. It started out by the bus driver clearly not wanting to be there. He was yelling at everybody to sit down and exclaimed that, I don't speak nothing other than English. We visited Hollywood and took the bus from Hollywood to Venice Beach. The audio on the bus is spotty going in and out. This made it difficult to hear the narration. Not sure if it is because of the system or the headphones that were provided.The ride down from the transfer location and then to Venice were smooth. We were dropped off to the designated area and then began out day. We gave ourselves plenty of time and even started walking to the pick.up location about an hour before to ensure we had plenty of time. The ... read more
I went on a celebrity homes tour on July 11th. I originally scheduled it for 5pm. I got there early (4:18p) and the gentleman working the check in asked if I would be ok moving to the 4:30p time slot. I was perfectly fine with that since I was there already but somewhat concerned that he said since I was the only one for the 5pm they would have canceled it but when was I going to be told that? I was interested in taking a tour with Starline Tours and emailed them about a private tour as it's a group of us travelling. They responded and said that my email was sent to the groups department, after a few days I followed up and was told the groups department gets a lot of emails so give them some more time, I followed up after that a few days later and got no response. If information is such a task to give to potential customers then I wouldn't like to see what would happen if an actual problem arised before a booking ... read more
