we started with the red trick we loved. then, we decided to go on the purple tour that left at 15:30. I spoke with the employee and she never mentioned that the tour ended around 19: 30-20: 00 despite that is written in the brochure 60-70 min (so rather 4:30 turn) very disappointing considering that we are with a baby and a young child. at the end, the baby Was crying because no milk no food . It was horrible..... the driver say that the tour never takes 60 min , it is bad information . January 23

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rude and not helpful. Would never recommend this company to anyone . Complete waste of time and money trying to deal with these people.

Took the hop on and off tour on Sunday and was very disappointed. Once hopped off hard to get back on, bus came by and it was full. Told could not stand and driver said another bus was 10 minutes behind him. Next bus came 40 minutes later with standing room only and recommended we not get off because all buses were full. Could not see anything because standing on lower level and of course unable to hear what we were passing. Would have really liked to get off at other stops. Not worth the money. Tried the Hop On Hop Off Tours but would not recommend them to anyone. The brochure says there are buses every 40 minutes but when we hopped off we were told there is not another Purple bus for an hour and a half so were stuck without any transport options. Would not buy these tickets again!

Just received an email from them today saying that 6 Flags Magic Mountain is closed on weekdays during December and asking us to change the date of our tour to the weekend. I called Magic Mountain to confirm as this did not seem right and they confirmed that they are open 365 days of the year. Starline than backtracked when I called them on this and said that THEY don't go there during the week in December (after the operator spoke to the Mana... read more

Awful experience on the Red Line tour yesterday. Rode the last bus of the day, and the driver appeared to be talking on a Bluetooth or radio the entire time. Right before we got to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, he abruptly slammed on the brakes, and my 65-year old mother was flung sideways from her seat. She hit her elbow very hard, and a child on board hit her head. The driver never asked if we were ok, or even looked back.
