DO NOT use Star Line Tours in California EVER. Just received an email from them today saying that 6 Flags Magic Mountain is closed on weekdays during December and asking us to change the date of our tour to the weekend. I called Magic Mountain to confirm as this did not seem right and they confirmed that they are open 365 days of the year. Starline than backtracked when I called them on this and said that THEY don't go there during the week in December (after the operator spoke to the Manager) even though we booked on th... read more

We are waiting now for 20 minutes at stop 73 at the green line. Predictions was arrive at 10:58. No bus!!!!!!!!

Business response:

Good afternoon Peter, Before anything, please accept our apology for our bus delays and inconveniences you experienced, sorry. We understand and emphasize with you , however, we should bring this to your attention, the bus delays, most often are happening due to either high traffic in Los Angeles, or road constructions and mandatory bus re routs?! Nevertheless, we are not trying to make this as an excuse. Rest assured, we value your feedback, therefore, we forward it to the right department and Managers for their ev... read more

Awful experience on the Red Line tour yesterday. Rode the last bus of the day, and the driver appeared to be talking on a Bluetooth or radio the entire time. Right before we got to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, he abruptly slammed on the brakes, and my 65-year old mother was flung sideways from her seat. She hit her elbow very hard, and a child on board hit her head. The driver never asked if we were ok, or even looked back. When the bus made its designated 30 minute stop, one passenger got off the bus to go to the restroom. A... read more

Dirty bus, idiot drivers, poor signs for pick up points and only audio on green line was from speaker next to drivers ear. No head set stations worked at all on entire bus. Extremely disappointing and will deter every one I know from ever using this service in LA. Management hang your head in SHAME SHAME SHAME

Completely overpriced, yellow line bus audio system doesn’t work and I had to wait over 40 minutes to get a transfer to East Hollywood. Going back to the dolby theatre we stopped and the farmer market for dare I say 10 minutes to then go back. Too long for a tourist bus

Horrible experience. The tour bus driver barely knew anything, but did a great job backing into a tree while trying to park. We saw the roofs of 6 celebrity homes. Not “at least 20 homes” as promised. We were told twice that the tour would end at 4pm, but instead were forced to sit in the bus while the driver dropped off each of the other passengers at their hotels. We finally got out and took a $25 Uber at 4:15 from downtown because she still had 3 drop-offs to do. When I tried to talk to the incredibly rude supervisor, Jea... read more
