Out of 4 buses 1 of them had headphones that worked. It was just a bus ride. That’s all. I will not use Starline Tours again.
Allowed to operate during COVID while fitness centers and other places not related to reaping income for the city are shuttered. Any of you tourists are paying too much for tours that are bonk and do not even cover any of the legit cool stuff in LA.
The weather in LA was very cold and windy. The vehicle for our tour was an open air one. We were offered blankets for The Celebrity Homes Tour, which we declined, since we did not want to catch pneumonia. Two covered vans were parked in the lot, which we were told could not be used. I imagine if it rained, the company would make provisions. We deserve a refund, since we were forced to forfeit. We decided that our health was more important.

Starline Tours absolutely sucks! Don't waste your money!!! We waited 1 hour for a tour bus to pick us up at one of their stops after we were told that buses run every 10 minutes. We never saw a single bus. When we reached out to customer service we were told they were unable to dispatch a driver and were given the run around about our refund. Not worth the hassle!!!
Not impressed. We waited an hour over the time we had our appointment. (We learned that they had only sold 6tours for our time slot. We had to wait for them to sell more seats.) Alan was our driver, he was very talkative throughout the tour. I thought it was cool, he remembered where everyone was from and would bring them into the tour when he could. Worst company, no AC in bus, not on time. Long waits

Waste of time and money. Took up our entire day and got no where. Should have taken an uber. The drivers were rude. Argued me when I didn’t want to get off at a stop and wanted to stay on route. One driver kept standing up and putting the bus in park at multiple red lights or spending excessive amounts of time at stops that didn’t have any people entering or exiting.
