Starline Tours absolutely sucks! Don't waste your money!!! We waited 1 hour for a tour bus to pick us up at one of their stops after we were told that buses run every 10 minutes. We never saw a single bus. When we reached out to customer service we were told they were unable to dispatch a driver and were given the run around about our refund. Not worth the hassle!!!

Not impressed. We waited an hour over the time we had our appointment. (We learned that they had only sold 6tours for our time slot. We had to wait for them to sell more seats.) Alan was our driver, he was very talkative throughout the tour. I thought it was cool, he remembered where everyone was from and would bring them into the tour when he could. I believe he should stick to his script and point out interesting things along the route and keep his opinions about Politics and the way people look, to himself... not every... read more

Waste of time and money. Took up our entire day and got no where. Should have taken an uber. The drivers were rude. Argued me when I didn’t want to get off at a stop and wanted to stay on route. One driver kept standing up and putting the bus in park at multiple red lights or spending excessive amounts of time at stops that didn’t have any people entering or exiting. We missed several green lights because of this. Also the drivers all drop of at different spots which makes it confusing when you are trying to get on somewhere... read more

Inversión muy alta para un tour tan regular, jamás vimos el aviso de Hollywood, fueron las peores 5 horas de todo nuestro viaje, fuera de no entender nada, de 11 pasajeros éramos 7 hispanohablantes que no entendimos nada, recomendación tener guías bilingües.

Actually provide a tour..we saw a bunch of bushes and streets where people may or may not have lived. And our driver drove so fast we couldn't see anything if there was something to see...WORST TOUR EVER!

We decided to do the Hop on-Hop off tour with Starline and were very disappointed. First, the first bus we were on (yellow line) took a 10 minute detour. No explanation, just an announcement saying that if we were listening to the audio, there wouldn't be any for 10 minutes because we were taking a detour. Finally, the audio came on, but then the lights all went off! Again, no explanation. Then, we stopped at stop 7 with zero instructions and finally were told to get off to transfer to the Red Line and this Yellow line bus w... read more

They did not run on time. Waited over an hour at one stop. Driver was having a very bad day toward everyone (customers and other drivers). We should have gone with another tour.
