Waste of time and money. Took up our entire day and got no where. Should have taken an uber. The drivers were rude. Argued me when I didn’t want to get off at a stop and wanted to stay on route. One driver kept standing up and putting the bus in park at multiple red lights or spending excessive amounts of time at stops that didn’t have any people entering or exiting. Inversión muy alta para un tour tan regular, jamás vimos el aviso de Hollywood, fueron las peores 5 horas de todo nuestro viaje, fuera de no entender nada, de 11 pasajeros éramos 7 hispanohablantes que no entendimos nada, recomendación tener guías bilingües.
Actually provide a tour..we saw a bunch of bushes and streets where people may or may not have lived. And our driver drove so fast we couldn't see anything if there was something to see...WORST TOUR EVER!

We decided to do the Hop on-Hop off tour with Starline and were very disappointed. First, the first bus we were on (yellow line) took a 10 minute detour. No explanation, just an announcement saying that if we were listening to the audio, there wouldn't be any for 10 minutes because we were taking a detour. Finally, the audio came on, but then the lights all went off! Again, no explanation. They did not run on time. Waited over an hour at one stop. Driver was having a very bad day toward everyone (customers and other drivers). We should have gone with another tour.

we started with the red trick we loved. then, we decided to go on the purple tour that left at 15:30. I spoke with the employee and she never mentioned that the tour ended around 19: 30-20: 00 despite that is written in the brochure 60-70 min (so rather 4:30 turn) very disappointing considering that we are with a baby and a young child. at the end, the baby Was crying because no milk no food . It was horrible..... the driver say that the tour never takes 60 min , it is bad information . January 23

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rude and not helpful. Would never recommend this company to anyone . Complete waste of time and money trying to deal with these people.

Took the hop on and off tour on Sunday and was very disappointed. Once hopped off hard to get back on, bus came by and it was full. Told could not stand and driver said another bus was 10 minutes behind him. Next bus came 40 minutes later with standing room only and recommended we not get off because all buses were full. Could not see anything because standing on lower level and of course unable to hear what we were passing. Would have really liked to get off at other stops. Not worth the money.
