I would just like to say that all though I no longer have a unit here; the times that I was able to see a difference since Leah took over as management always very courteous, professional. Every time I was around she would be walking around the property cleaning, and making sure all was in place and nobody who did not belong was not on the property causing issues.

Jonathan was super professional and gave us amazing service . Unfortunately, one day while in the storage( a couple of months ago) the power outage went out in the whole neighborhood. I couldn't find myself down from 3rd floor (scary) . The worst part was not being able to get our car out the gate. Manager (a person that lives there) would not cut the chains for over 50 minutes because he was waiting for the OK from someone else. Jonathan the Manager is EXTREMELY PROFFESIONAL The facility is well maintained... The access hrs are 6 am to 10pm WOW and THEY have 24 hr staff on-site for security

We've had our storage here for about 3yrs now. We've even moved storages 3 times with ease. This storage is always clean, staff friendly and helpful. There are a few problem people, like a motorhome lady with two little ankle biter dogs, that bit my husband one time. It was superficial, no blood, but if your dogs bite why are you letting it run around??? She would lift the ground covers and steal water to fill her motorhome,and use electricity to plug in. There always a big motorhome that parks inside and takes up all the parking spaces and on top of that there's always dog crap everywhere you should not be allowed to park big vehicles inside and act like it's an rv park

Amazing service. Rented the wrong size uhaul and the guy let us swap it at no charge. Very personal. Made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend.
