Under new mngmnt. George is a great experienced on site mngr. Made my moving experience and expenses tolerable. Needed 2 units. Very personable. Helped make my transition run smoothly. 5 stars.

I was worried about the reviews from James and Betty, but noticed they were from 2 years ago. Lot's of things change in 2 years. Josh & Nikki are awesome, very helpful and did the best they could in researching best options. Thanks guys!

Moving is a stressful time. Glad I found this place nearby a week ago. It was my 2nd Uhual experience and it's definitely better than the first one. It's not extra to use the dollie and furniture pads like the other place. I returned the truck a bit later than the returned time and Josh didn't charge me for an extra day. Overall, Josh made this Uhual experience great. Friendly, professional and prompt. I would definitely come back here again and would recommend Stax Up.

This is the best storage place you'll find, so unlike others. Climate controlled, easy access, and those rolling carts make it easy to move your stuff in and out. And 1 month free rent is nice!

Used this place for years. Yes, we had to move during renovations but their is a lift with a cart to move your stuff. They also kept my rate a little lower after the increase because I could not afford it. Josh is very friendly and helpful. Thanks

People seem to only have bad things to say about this place but they obviously don't understand what great things the new owners of this location are doing. Before this place was a run down storage complex with no security what so ever, now since StaxUp has bought out the place they are making some great changes. Even just driving up the the place is better. There is no more gate with barbed wire across the top. They have a much nicer gate with a number pad so the only way to get in is with your individual code. Inside they ... read more

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM....THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOU AS A CUSTOMER..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If I could give a negative rating, I would..... I was a tenant for over 25 years here, formerly Hill Street Self Storage. Got more than a 50% increase in rent rate. In Nov. got an eviction note for remodel....not even 30 day notice. I was using this location when it was Hill St Storage, and continued with the new owners. Received a letter initially raising my rent from $50 to $80 a month. Calmly told them I couldn't afford a 60% increase in rent, and I'd have to move. Josh then changed it back to $50. I appreciated that, since there was no air conditioning or proper lighting in the units.
