Numerous payment processing issues and now Brandi refuses to respond to my emails. Here's my last complaint: Once again, there's an issue when I tried to process a payment. I know that StaxUP isn't very knowledgeable about payment and IT systems, but this is quite ridiculous. Since the last "fix", I've been changing the address associated with the credit card payment to my old US address when I've made my monthly payments. They were awesome moving in and everything was clean and well organized. Canceling unit was a breeze and I would go back in a second if need storage. You guys rock!
I appreciate the security that StaxUp provides. Also when I initially signed up for my storage unit, the customer service was impeccable. Also I found it really helpful that they have free dollies and carts available for you to move your things to your unit. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the hours. I wish the hours of operation were more consistent and working-customer friendly.

So me and my husband have been trying to contact people here and no answer not even on the phone we're suppose to be getting a storage unit today like right we're sitting in our car cause there's no one in the office and it's not lunch time we know that this is very unprofessional that no one is even here or that they never picked up the damn phone for us to confirm we wanted the unit! Who does that!?
Closed Sundays and most availability is on the 3rd floor - so not a good choice if you want or have a lot of stuff to move in or out - especially on weekends.
Such an easy process first month is free and they were totally accommodating for short-term storage for college students period everything is done online the facility is clean and secure. The elevators are large and they have carts for moving all your stuff in.
Very good people nice place. Had a very good experience. The guy at the front desk even reduce my payment even though I was late. Will definitely come back and recommend to all.
