Our group had 5 couples. It was the best place for the money and for the convenience to king Street. We were excited we could go back to the house and socialize without having to go somewhere and sit together. It was very clean. We loved every minute of it.
We couldn’t have been happier with our rental. One thing I would consider before renting are the many sets of stairs you need to take to the apartment. Even though the stairs are in the description, you have to consider carrying your luggage up and down upon arrival and departure. It is in a prime location and there were so many things to do and explore just a walk away. Wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and we felt right at home, we will definitely rent again if we come back.

the place is beautiful! well stocked kitchen. very clean. cozy atmosphere. nicely done. would definitely stay again. you are on the far end of king street - about 2 miles to get all the way to the battery park. it’s a great walk when the weather is nice. and there is a free shuttle if you prefer not to walk.
This place is a gem - situated in a great location, loved the layout of the apartment and all the required amenities. Will def book again
