We loved staying at Casa Verde A. The location was fabulous and walking distance to everything we needed. There was an assigned parking spot which was also very nice to have. The check in was easy and explained very well in our communication. The apartment was vacant, and I tried to check in a little earlier and I was sent a computer-generated reply wanting me to pay a half day rate, which is ridiculous. Quiet beautiful location. The description is very accurate. Nice place.
Great place! Easy to walk to everything. only downfall was the bar next door and the late night bass bumping till 2 am. As stated, it was listed that it was next to the bar, so we knew to expect some late night music. The place was so clean. The beds were comfy. It wouldn't be a bad idea to add some chairs on the porch on the 2nd level. We enjoyed people watching. Would stay again if I had a younger group instead of the family.
This house was perfect for our weekend. Great bedroom/bathroom accommodations for 3 couples. Location was nice, easy walk to bars/eateries. Leon’s is a definite MUST!! Kitchen is well stocked! Beds were so comfortable! Communication with the host was prompt, efficient and simple!

We had a pretty good stay here while in Charleston. Unbeknownst to us, we booked our trip on the weekend of SEWE which is a very busy weekend in the city so hotels were pricey. We opted to pay less a little outside of the main drag and we don’t regret it. We were a 15 minute walk from King St. which was a major pro. The house is gorgeous & check in was super easy. Loved the proximity to all the sites including King St. Super sweet accommodations, comfortable beds and pillows. Only minus was lots of traffic noise.
