Great location, charming 2story home. Inside was very clean and tastefully done decor. The neighborhood is away from the tourist crowd and has many good cool restaurants. But walkable to the historic district. The only drawback it’s a very busy and noisy street. Buses, trucks line up. Unit A is on the street. If you go ask for units B or C in the rear of the home. They would be much better and worth it.
The location here couldn’t be beat! Walking distance to everything and cute little coffee shops right down the street to stop at before you get the day started. The unit itself was okay, a little dusty and dirty and had a very “lived in feel” so I was pretty underwhelmed with the unit itself. 2 major complaints; the first was the windows in the bathroom look right into the shower and the middle and top are no longer frosted over, the second story house next door has direct access to look in. We had a great stay...the house was comfortable and the location was perfect.
BEWARE! Very disappointed! Upon check-in we were provided 1 parking space. Our party had 2 cars. We parked our car right outside the airbnb and next to the allocated space and to our shock we walked outside the next day and our car was GONE! Once we called the police dept & located it we found out it had been TOWED by the property. I was told by the management company there was NOTHING they could do and they were sorry. Hi Madison, This information is simply not true. Yes, you were given one parking space in a downtown city. You illegally parked the other vehicle in a space that we have no control over. You were provided a parking pass only after letting us know you had two vehicles. We can not reimburse you for the towing because we did not tow you. You parked illegally, in someone else's spot. You did not communicate that the electrical outlet was exposed, or we would have fixed that immediately. We could have delivered better pans if you... read more
We loved the home but the parking was VERY difficult - so much so that when the lower house tenants arrived, I scratched my car trying to navigate around their car. I don’t know yet how much this is going to cost me to fix. I complained to the hosts how bad the parking situation is and they replied that the parking is designed for four compact cars (two for each set of guests). Very spacious, clean and great location. Check in was seamless.
We had a great stay at Casa Bella for our girlfriends getaway. Everything was close-by and would have been easily walkable if the weather was nicer. The rental was very close to upper King and plenty of restaurants and shopping. We never felt unsafe in the area, and the unit was very cozy. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with standard dishes, and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds.
