RecommendedI am so glad I didn't see these comments before I purchased my Yukon from them 8-2-16 or I would not have gone to Stivers, ever. I would have missed out on a vehicle I love and would have missed out on meeting a great salesman, Count Sippial. Made a service appointment for my truck online and drove up from Dothan for the service. This is a couple of hours away. When I arrived the service desk asks me if I’m just dropping my truck off. I replied no I am here for my appointment and drove 100 miles to do so. He replied we can’t get to you for 24 to 48 hours. I asked then why did you have an open slot on your online appointment maker.
