You’re asking me to share my experience. Nothing short of a nightmare. People lied from day one never delivered A Ford Ranger that was ordered in March and in June still no car. I was originally told the truck would be delivered in two weeks and said that each week from March until June. when I finally had enough of their lies i purchased a Tacoma from Toyota and after purchasing this vehicle I am so happy I did not purchase the Ford anyway such a better choice. went with $4,000 cash down to buy a 16,000 Ford Edge. Signed buyer agreement. Went to lunch while they ran paperwork and ran credit. Told them we'd be right back. Salesman even called me while we were at lunch telling me it went through and I needed to hurry back to the dealership and I told him we definitely were coming back. Was gone less than an hour and when we got back they told us someone else bought the car. I cussed them out.

Obviously, this dealership doesn't want my business. I was not even greeted and I was on the lot for more than 20 minutes. Upon leaving, I saw at least 5 salesman standing around chit-chatting.

Horrible customer service in parts! Went in to get my key battery replaced the guy broke my key now I’m liable for it and Steve Dubois treated me like crap because I wanted to know how a key goes from working to doing nothing! He threw a 20 on the counter even though the battery was 17.58 and said he wasn’t dealing with me I wouldn’t recommend them and if you don’t have a1 credit stay away too cause they will run your stuff with every company they can!!! I would never recommend Stivers Ford. I had my car towed into Stivers Ford on August 23. They kept giving me the run around for over a month, kept saying they had to give it to this person and that person. Finally a month and two weeks later tells me I need a whole new engine and gives me an OUTRAGEOUS price (I know because I called other places pricing an engine) and then says hes not sure when he cand get an engine either. Where do I start Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. So I purchased a 2021 Ford Expedition for my wife. It was the trim and options she wanted. The expedition was listed for $53,830. I tried to use there financing and it was 7% Interest which is crazy. They let me take the expedition home which is 3 hours away. But they had my 40k trade in so no risk for them. We took a vehicle in for service. They strung us along for 2.5 months with lies and half truths of what work was being done. When we were finally able to pick up our vehicle, the job was obviously rushed ... parts were left off ... and we paid for things that were not completed. There is very little that can ever be done to make me satisfied with this experience.
I drove down from Birmingham pick up a truck at a predetermined price but when I got there the price “went up”. Don’t trust these people.
