I got a letter at the end of April for an recall. I been calling every week since i got the letter & im just now getting feedback. Had an appointment for a recall & well i waited a whole hour for them to tell me they don’t have the parts to do it with. So i was told i would be called back. Hopefully i will because whom ever the lady was i spoke to took my number down weeks ago & never did call back. I like the new guy better.
Sad to say 3 days ago I confirmed buying a Explorer! Confirmed with Salesman that we would be there to take delivery today. Once on the road there today about halfway I contacted the salesman to have everything ready so we could get back on the road quickly! 30 minutes later I was told a story about them getting drivers to go get it Saturday, So they were going this morning and I would have to wait 2 more hours! 30 minutes later I get a call from the sales manager telling me there sister store sold it Saturday evening. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about our buying experience with Stivers in Montgomery. For starters we scheduled an appointment to look at a certain vehicle on Saturday. The Friday before 3 people called or emailed to confirm the appointment for that vehicle. We drive 2 hours on Saturday to find out the vehicle went into a courtesy program on the Tuesday before and also the sales person we had appointment with wasn’t even there. Bait and switchers!!!! I wasted a whole day dealing with a salesman that ran my credit for a truck they didn’t have. Oh but of course they had one that WAS available that had nothing I want. Stay away!! He even apologized for the attempted bait and switch. This place just lost the opportunity to sell 3 brand new trucks and countless future purchases.
Cluster, had my car for 3 weeks and called me today to tell me the recall part was back ordered. This is just one issue we have had.
2/20/21- Stivers Ford Montgomery customer service rating is a 0. It was horrible. Upon entering there business, no one spoke or offered to assist us. Several employees were gathered around just chatting and after looking at a vehicle for 10mins, no one offered any assistance or even spoke. A total disappointment in customer service. 😕
Had a buyers order completed, loan paperwork from the bank, drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership only to find out they sold the truck i was buying. Do NOT to business with STIVERS FORD.
I had the worst experience ever. I would never advise someone to purchase anything from here. The same day I purchased my truck it messed up. I only had my truck 2 months and now they are saying it’s the transmission. The guy name Joc sold me the truck and when I told him something was wrong with it again. I never heard from him again. Then I spoke with Chris and he told me I could trade it in and get something else he lied.
