I've heard a lot of stories -good and bad- regarding the home buying experience, but I'm happy to report that my experience with Dave was great. The first time I spoke with Dave, he took his time answering all of my questions. Dave was amazing! We initially started the loan process with the big bank that we have been associated with for the past 25 years for our everyday banking needs and previous mortgage. Highly recommend Dave to anybody who is even considering beginning the home buying process. From the first phone call to the closing I was never in the dark about my home loan. This was crucial for me considering this was my first. 100% recommend Dave.

Working with Dave and his team at Success Mortgage Partners was the best experience I've had with lenders and banks within the Real Estate industry. I've had to do three loans or refi's in the last three years, and this was the best of the three. Great responsiveness, attentiveness, and helpfulness with every detail. Dave got us a great interest rate and made a big difference in us getting the incentives we wanted. Definitely will recommend him in the future and will work with him again.

Dave was amazing with helping us get a loan for our house. We were offered a lot more then other lenders were willing to lend us. He was by our side every way of the process and helped us so much. We were first time homebuyers and Dave was a fantastic help in making sure we understood everything that was happening and all of the options available. His entire team was thorough and very quick to reply to any questions and make this as smooth of a process as possible. When a small error caused a speed bump, Dave worked immediately to fix it and get us back on track!

David Flashner proved to be our best decision after we chose our house. David and his team kept me in the loop on every detail with the financing and underwriting of our house. I never had to chase down, email or call David. He made it his job to follow through with every detail.
